Ingredients:
- 6 large chicken breasts
- 1 pound 31-40 count shrimp, peeled
- ½ container of sliced white mushrooms
- 7 tablespoons minced garlic
- 13 tablespoons Mouton’s All-Purpose Seasoning
- 7-8 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 7 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Paprika (for garnish)
- 6-10 slices of Swiss cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare the Stuffing: In a medium bowl, mix the shrimp, sliced mushrooms, 3 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic, 3 heaping tablespoons of Mouton’s All-Purpose Seasoning, 3 heaping tablespoons of parsley flakes, and 3 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise. Set aside.
- Season the Chicken Breasts: In a separate bowl, combine the chicken breasts with 4 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise, 4 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic, 5 heaping tablespoons of Mouton’s All-Purpose Seasoning, and 4 heaping tablespoons of parsley flakes. Stuff the chicken breasts with the prepared shrimp mixture.
- Bake the Chicken: Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Add any leftover stuffing around the chicken. Sprinkle 5 tablespoons of Mouton’s All-Purpose Seasoning over the top. Cover with foil.
