Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 6 large chicken breasts
  • 1 pound 31-40 count shrimp, peeled
  • ½ container of sliced white mushrooms
  • 7 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 13 tablespoons Mouton’s All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 7-8 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 7 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Paprika (for garnish)
  • 6-10 slices of Swiss cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Stuffing: In a medium bowl, mix the shrimp, sliced mushrooms, 3 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic, 3 heaping tablespoons of Mouton’s All-Purpose Seasoning, 3 heaping tablespoons of parsley flakes, and 3 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise. Set aside.
  2. Season the Chicken Breasts: In a separate bowl, combine the chicken breasts with 4 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise, 4 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic, 5 heaping tablespoons of Mouton’s All-Purpose Seasoning, and 4 heaping tablespoons of parsley flakes. Stuff the chicken breasts with the prepared shrimp mixture.
  3. Bake the Chicken: Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Add any leftover stuffing around the chicken. Sprinkle 5 tablespoons of Mouton’s All-Purpose Seasoning over the top. Cover with foil.
  4. Cook: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake for 2.5 hours. Remove the dish from the oven and drain about two-thirds of the juices.
  5. Top with Cheese: Cover the stuffed chicken breasts with Swiss cheese slices, then garnish with parsley and paprika. Cover the dish again and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to melt the cheese.
  6. Serve: Serve hot, and enjoy!
